  • › 7th National Conference on e-Governance
    7th National Conference on e-Governance:

    Objective:

    Organize an IT conference of International Standards, under the behest of DIPGR, New Delhi and State of TamilNadu; providing a platform for interface between the Government, Public and Private sector.

    Role:

    Speaker identification & management, venue booking & co-ordination, infrastructure support (Stage, backdrop, sound, light, video, octonorm stalls), computerized registration system, delegate management, program content, PR and publicity, media lounge, road shows to promote conference across the country, workshops and field visits, entertainment capsule, logistics and travel management. 

    Result:

    600 delegates from various government bodies, private and public sector, sponsored by industry partners like Adobe, Cisco, Oracle, Sify, Sun Microsystems, TCS. Interactive panel discussions and presentation of white papers in the 3 day conference. The conference was inaugurated by the Deputy Prime Minister of India along with the Chief Minister of TamilNadu and attended by industry leaders.

    Cinema Express: 

    Objective: 

    Create the largest South Indian Film Awards to recognize and award artistes in 34 categories.

    Role:

    Complete turnkey project; venue management, polling process, creative designs, media planning & releases, sponsor management, TV channel finalization, artiste identification, mega performances, set design & fabrication, SLV, scripting, back-stage co-ordination and show direction. 

    Result: 

    Simultaneous telecast on South India’s leading satellite channels; Live audience of 10,000; attended by entire South Indian Film Industry, established as the – ‘Most Coveted Film Awards’, covered widely in all media vehicles.

    Cognizant:

    Objective:

    Design a stall for Cognizant to interest visitors.

    Role:

    Created a design keeping in mind Cognizant dominance in IT space, reflecting the brand colors in an aesthetic manner. Functionally, areas were created for corporate info, recruitment under various categories, meeting rooms, etc

    Result:

    The 1500 sqft. space had maximum impact in terms of response and footfalls with Cognizant receiving record number of applications.
  • › Efunds
    E-Funds:

    Objective:

    Create a theme based annual day out for employees, spouses and children 

    Role: 

    Conceptualized ‘e-pirates’ a month long pre-event hype. Huge sunken ship of 50 feet was designed and fabricated to depict the theme, elaborate arrangements for sound, light, infrastructure support. Game stalls, entertainment performances interspersed with MC led games and pyrotechnics. F&B area complemented the mood & atmosphere. 

    Result:

    1500 guests partied the night, claiming to be their‘best’ attended party.

    Hutch:

    Objective: 

    To launch Hutch’s Chota Recharge Plan across 13 cities in Karnataka. 

    Role:

    Organized a simultaneous multi-city launch across Karnataka for Hutch retailers within 2 days. Logistics challenge given the time-frame.

    Result:

    The Hutch Chota Recharge Plan was launched successfully across 13 locations amidst hype. Meticulously planned multi-location launch with attention to minutest of details. 
  • › iSOFT product show cases
    iSOFT product show case:

    Objective:

    Role:

    Conceptualized a ‘virtual reality centre’ with 8 interactive kiosks stands, plasma screens, overhead projectors. Undertook implementation & fabrication to complete the 1200 sqft. area within 7 days; the challenge being, space was at basement level, making movement of materials tedious and not to disturb the normal working hours condition, reduced the timeline.

    Result:

    Truly international style design and fabrication using cutting-edge technology devices, completed the assignment as per schedule; appreciated and recognized by iSOFT global resource team.
  • › iSOFT annual awards day
    iSOFT annual awards day:

    Objective: 

    Create a theme based annual awards day for employees along with their spouses and children.

    Role:Conceptualized an awards ceremony (iSTAR) to recognize and reward employees who have performed exceptionally. The awards are now an annual activity. 

    Result:

    The evening began with a carnival atmosphere with game stalls and interactive sessions. Awards were given away in true ‘Oscar’ style, interspersed with power performances by guest artistes & iSOFT employees, in which5000 guests rocked well into the night having the time of their lives. 
  • › Motorola
    Motorola:

    Objective:

    Introduce Motorola SLVR product range in the Indian market, primarily targeting channel partners and media.

    Role:

    Brand attributes were highlighted using ‘Take-off’ as the theme, with an ‘Airport’ environment created with check-in counters, boarding passes, aeroplane shaped entrance, interspersed with entertainment. Logistics for a multi-city launch plan were extended in the minutest of detail across all locations.

    Result:

    6 city launch activity across India, positive media report and 100 channel partners signed across the country.
  • › NASSCOM:
    NASSCOM:

    Objective:

    Management of National HR Summit, Chennai & Quality Summit, Bangalore

    Action:

    Venue identification & management, creative assignments, complete event planning and infrastructural support viz. stage, multiple backdrops, sound, light, video, incl. recording arrangements, stall constructs, media lounge and registration support, for the 2 day conference, having parallel sessions

    Result:

    550 delegates across India attended the various sessions, complimenting the arrangements and meticulous planning.
  • › Pepsi
    Pepsi:

    Objective:

    Launch of Pepsi ‘Blue’ – Limited edition

    Action:

    Conceptualization of ‘Live’ cricket match scenario; with a commentary box for the head table, large screens constructed to depict score board, pitch and an almost ground like seating arrangement. The mock-up was launched using a hydraulic mechanism and turntables to display the product, supported by a high-energy dance choreography amidst intelligent lighting and confetti blasts. 

    Result:

    Spectacular launch revelation, generated excellent media coverage and highest percentage sales points.
