iSOFT annual awards day
Objective:
Create a theme based annual awards day for employees along with their spouses and children.
Role:
Conceptualized an awards ceremony (iSTAR) to recognize and reward employees who have performed exceptionally. The awards are now an annual activity.
Result:
The evening began with a carnival atmosphere with game stalls and interactive sessions. Awards were given away in true ‘Oscar’ style, interspersed with power performances by guest artistes & iSOFT employees, in which5000 guests rocked well into the night having the time of their lives.
