CEO / Director
Siddharth founded AURA Integrated Solutions in February 2002, after spending over 10 years in the event management business. At AURA, Siddharth sees the greatest competitive differentiator to be the agency’s ability to create a complete event experience for clients. As a result, AURA is eminently positioned as event conceptualizers and innovators.
Siddharth believes that the core of the business is about striking a balance between creativity and innovation, which creates new client experiences.
Siddharth is Co-Chairperson of Young Indians, a wing of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He is also often asked to speak about experiential marketing in a number of educational establishments across the country.

VP, Client Servicing & Strategy
Leeba Rajprasad joined AURA as Client Servicing & Strategy Director in September 2011.
Prior to joining AURA, Leeba worked as Client Servicing Director Fountainhead Communications. She has a total of 16 years of working experience in India and abroad in a wide vertical of industries – Advertising, Print Publications, Marketing Services and Product Management. She has also volunteered in NGOs specific to education and child development.
Leeba has helped create award-winning event ideas and successful results for clients including Daimler, Flextronics, The Hindu, TedX, Ashok Leyland, and others.

Creative Director
Minnie Abraham is Creative Director of AURA and architect of our creative talent.
Since arriving at AURA in 2010, Minnie has attracted some of the industry’s best talent and has fully integrated digital into the agency. All of our clients get access to precisely the right creative talent they need to create the most appropriate and powerful event experience.
Before joining AURA, Minnie spent over 15 years at Mudra, Ahmedabad and Reliance Industries, Mumbai. Minnie holds a PG Diploma in Advertising from the Indian Institute of Mass Communications and has co-authored six books.

GM, Creative
Armed with a qualification in visual communications, Bala has designed over 3,000 event productions since 2003.
Bala has trained under the watchful eye of Sabu Cyril, the nationally acclaimed award winning Indian film art director.
With a sharp eye for detail, Bala spends endless days and sleepless night overseeing the production of his designs. Winning the Gold award for best communication event at EEMAX 2013 was a highpoint in Bala’s career
Bala also doubles his talents as an account leader and is widely known and well respected by his clients. His industry knowledge skills has been directly responsible for continuous business growth for clients and agency alike. Bala is regarded as a proven trusted advisor to his clients, and a strong mentor to those on his team.

Dy GM, Finance
Desigan is Financial Manager of AURA. He has extensive experience in the financial services arena having joined AURA in 2005.
Desigan started his career at Brooke Bond India in 1974. Brooke Bond subsequently merged with Lipton India and then Hindustan Lever Limited. Desigan’s financial expertise of over 30 years is in sales & financial accounting systems. He was responsible for the regional accounts at HLL, Chennai.

GM, Key Accounts
Sathish leads Team Aura for events inaugurated by the President, Prime Minister, Chief Minister, international dignitaries and VVIPs. His successful record in managing inaugural and protocol events has won him many accolades.
Sathish has an eye for detail and his key to success is in managing unplanned last minute changes in the event mix.
With over 12 years expertise in account management, Sathish wins the trust and confidence of his clients. Sathish takes pride in providing a seamless event plan for clients who host events across India

GM, Projects
Santosh’s expertise lies in managing live events in the international arena. With over 15 years in the events & experiential marketing industry, Santosh has successfully managed client events in Dubai, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and other locations across the globe.
Santosh has the ability to transform the operation from a traditional implementation of an event to an experience that blends both strategy and creativity to fulfill the brand communication objectives.
